Our Guarantee and Returns
Softstructure guarantees every item sold without reservation. We will gladly
make an exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days, for any reason with a
sales receipt. Not used, or defective merchandise may be returned at any time.

Price Adjustments
We offers a one-time price adjustment when an original sales receipt is
presented within 30 days of your purchase. Softstructure reserves the right to
withhold from reselling returned merchandise.

The envelope must be postmarked within 30 days of the invoice date noted at the top
of the invoice. We credit the credit card used for the original purchase or issue refund
checks for price adjustments.

Returning or Exchanging Items
Follow these instructions to return any Softstructure Online purchase by mail.

1. Fill out the Return Form on the back of your receipt.
2. Put the entire packing slip and the item you are returning into a box or package.
3. Wrap the package securely, add the appropriate postage and mail it to this address:

We will send you an e-mail when we will process your refund, usually 7-14 days after
we have received the item. You will get the refund (subject to our returns policy) the
same way you paid for the item (credit card etc.). Softstructure will only refund shipping
charges if we have sent the wrong item and if the item sent is defective.
